To Whom It May Concern::

As a Software Developer I have designed functional applications within the Delphi (v4.3) development environment.  I am fluent and experienced in Delphi, Object Pascal, as well as Win32 API programming.  My familiarity with Assembler, and C enhances my programming capabilities.  I currently have written several components for Delphi, as well as components that utilize COM and OLE technologies.  I am familiar with DOS and Windows programming architecture.  I have some novice experience with Web Design and I am furthering my Web education.

As a Hardware Technician and Network Administrator I am able to build, upgrade, and debug any IBM PC computer system.  I am also capable in designing, building, maintaining, and supporting computer Intranet and Internet networks on any Microsoft Windows platform, including Microsoft VPN.  I have worked in all versions of DOS, and Windows as well as OS/2, troubleshooting system problems, as well networking in those systems.

My programming ability to design or enhance customer or business applications; the talent to build, repair and maintain hardware; and the experience to install and troubleshoot software makes me uniquely qualified for today’s downsized business environment.  I am willing to take on new and different challenges, to travel if required, and to find creative ways to enhance your I.T. expectations.  I am confident that I can make a positive impact in every area that I.T. touches.

I can be reached at the above address, phone, or web address.  I am looking forward to discussing a mutually beneficial relationship at your earliest convenience.  I remain,

Very truly yours,
