Fluffy-ism - Mission Statement

When someone is Seeking, it happens quite easily that he only sees the thing that he is Seeking; that he is unable to find anything, unable to absorb anything, because he is only thinking of the thing he is Seeking, because he has a goal, because he is obsessed with his goal. Seeking means: to have a Goal, but Finding means: to be free, to be receptive, to have no Goals.

I have thought for many years about this, and have found that this one statement encapsulates my perspective upon the world so concisely, that none other could do. I am a Finder. Everything I have, and know, has come about through intrigue and discovery, not through searching or seeking. It happens too easily in this day and age of Egotism, and personal ambition, to forget where we all came from. We all came from the Earth, or Nature if you prefer, as it is prescribed by every major Religion, and yet too often, we can find ourselves overly focused, even blinded, by our desires for personal achievement.
   I am not expecting people to throw away their money, or their possessions. I am not asking people to forget their purpose, or abilities within this societal world. My mission statement is only a focus for which I hope people will look back, and see that there are an infinite amout of possibilities offered to us all. Everyday we can learn something new...the day we stop, is the day we stagnate. Stagnation above all other things, is in my opinion, the worst possible state to find one's Self in. A friend of mine, who is actually in my gallery once said:

"True nobility is not being better than others are, but the attempt to become better than your former Self."

   The Mission of Fluffy-ism, is one of non-violence, Spiritual growth, and awareness. It does not matter the path that you have chosen, only that you have chosen one. Think about it, ignorance is only a disease that is self-perpetuated, and if we do not try to learn or to think, or to day-dream about the concepts of spiritualism, we aid the societal pressures in amputating our own Souls. It is my hope that what is contained within this section of my site, can be met with open minds, and that possibly some people out there may find merit within it.
